A few weeks ago I met with Sherrie and Sena.  The three of us make up the initial Board of Directors.  We reviewed and revised our bylaws several times.  We finally came up with a working draft.

Currently, the Park Forest Community is officially setup as an “Unincorporated Non-profit Association”.

Now that we have our bylaws in place, and our Federal EIN, we were able to open a new Business Checking Account for the Park Forest Community at the Chase Bank on Forest & Marsh.

Now that we have a Business Checking Account, I am in the process of linking this to PayPal.  This will allow us to use some of the PayPal features on our web site.
